Sirdaryо elektr tarmoqlari registers emission of shares for 7.67bn soums

The company said it will issue 621,721 shares, including 609,286 ordinary shares and 12,345 preferential shares. The nominal value of shares is 12,338 soums.

The shares will placed among shareholders through replacement of old shares with less value. Earlier, the company emitted shares for 6.217 billion soums. The difference of emission for 1.453 billion soums due to income of the company for 2007-2008.
