On 13 March, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution "On establishment of a single system of inter-agency electronic cooperation on collection of debts on executive documents”.

The single system of electronic interaction will be established in the Office of Compulsory Enforcement at the General Prosecutor’s Office.

The system is created for prompt exchange of information between the Bureau and state authorities, banking institutions and other organizations in the search for debtors-individuals and their property.

The system will allow to exchange various documents, including decisions, orders, instructions, notifications, etc.

The system will allow timely apply restrictive measures against debtors evading execution of judicial acts and acts of other bodies.

The document said that this system will work on 1 September.
