Silk Road Insurance to issue shares for 2.828bn soums
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock insurance company Silk Road Insurance will emit shares for 2,828,580,000 soums, the company disclosed.
The company said it will place 300,000 ordinary shares with par value f 9,428.6 soums each.
The emission of shares was registered by the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market on 1 December 2009.
The share of the emission will be placed within a year from the date of registration of the securities.
