Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Samarkand on 24 September.
First, the head of state visited the mausoleum of Islam Karimov in the Khazrati Khizr complex.
Flowers were laid at the grave of the First President, surahs from the Koran were read.
