Outstanding poets Abdurahman Jami and Alisher Navoi lived at the same time. Fraternal ties between our peoples served as a strong source of inspiration for their creativity. A monument dedicated to these great representatives of Uzbek and Tajik literature has been erected in Samarkand.

Recently in Uzbekistan, Jami’s works have been translated into Uzbek and published in the form of the collection "Mukhabbat makhzani" ("Treasury of Love") with a foreword from the Uzbek President.

At the end of the talks in Dushanbe, Shavkat Mirziyoyev presented this book to Emomali Rahmon. The head of Tajikistan accepted the gift with great joy.
