Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 8 July, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a meeting with Alexander Dyukov, Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft.

During the talks, the parties discussed promising directions for deepening mutually beneficial partnership with one of the largest Russian players in the oil and gas sector. Special attention was given to the implementation of activities outlined in the joint “roadmap,” which covers key aspects of bilateral cooperation.

Plans were considered to expand collaboration in geological exploration and the development of hard-to-reach and low-yield fields, to implement advanced digital solutions for managing production processes, as well as to address the training of qualified personnel needed in the modern oil and gas industry.
