Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev awarded Russian President Vladimir Putin with the Oliy Darajali Dustlik Order of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.

The head of Uzbekistan signed the corresponding decision. Putin was awarded "for his enormous personal contribution to the development of the traditional bonds of friendship and cooperation between the peoples of our countries, as well as in connection with the 70th anniversary."

Order "Oliy Darajali Dustlik" is the highest state award of Uzbekistan.
