Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the Sakhovat house in the city of Namangan on 19 February this year and promised that a new building would be built for the elderly.

Soon after that, large-scale creative work was carried out here. A new building of the Sakhovat house for 120 persons and 4 cottages were erected. Administrative and utility buildings have been repaired, electricity, water and heat supply networks have been updated.

During this visit, Shavkat Mirziyoyev again visited the institution and got acquainted with the conditions created.

For each resident of the house "Sakhovat" there is a separate room equipped with a TV, refrigerator, furniture. An additional convenience for residents is the location of the kitchen, treatment rooms and physiotherapy room, pool and gym in the same building. There are recreation areas and a library for meaningful leisure.

The Isuzu bus for joint trips and excursions was allocated to the house as a gift from the President.

The head of state had a warm talk with representatives of the older generation.

- Last time, at the call of my heart, I came to you. Upon returning to Tashkent, I thought a lot about how to improve your life. After all, it is my task as the head of state to create conditions for you. Seeing that now you have good conditions and your worries have become easier, I feel happy. If you are satisfied with life, then Allah will be pleased with us, peace will reign in our country, and success will accompany our affairs, - said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The venerable mothers and fathers thanked the head of state for the exemplary conditions created, the care shown to them, read a dua for peace and prosperity in our country.

With this, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev completed his trip to Namangan region and left for Fergana.
