Shavkat Mirziyayev visits Jizzakh region

During the visit, he familiarized with social-economic reforms in the places, conducted in places in industry, agriculture and social spheres.

Shavkat Mirziyayev visited Jizzakh city, Pakhtakor, Zafarabad and Dustrlik cities within his visit to the region.

He took part in the meeting of the active of Jizzakh region. During the meeting, participants analyzed issues concerning the development of the industrial sector in the region, the progress of cotton harvesting and sowing of winter crops, as well as urgent tasks for conducting economic reforms.

Mirziyayev also participated the session of Jizzakh city Council of People’s Deputies. At the session, Asror Qobilov was fired from the post of Jizzakh city governor. Abduqahhor Tokhtaev appointed to the post of Jizzakh city governor.

At the session, the prosecutor of Jizzakh region was fired from his post. At the same time governors of local districts were also exempted from their positions and new governors were appointed.

Administration of Jizzakh region was ordered to eliminate all revealed shortages and determine actual and perspective measures of development of all spheres and industries.
