Sharqiy qurama registers new emission of shares
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Open joint stock company Sharqiy qurama registered new emission of shares with total volume of 108,237,600 soums.
The enterprise will issue 60,132 ordinary shares with the nominal value of 1,800 soums each, the company said.
The shares of this emission will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with lower par value to new ones.
