Shares of Ipak Yoli Bank sold via UZSE

On 6 August 2012, IPO market of Uzbekistan Stock Exchange “Toshkent” (UZSE) registered a deal with securities of Ipak Yoli Bank.

Within the deal, some 21 million ordinary shares of the bank were sold at the price of 102 soums per shares. Total sum of the deal made up 2.142 billion soums.

Ipak Yoli Bank currently is placing another emission of shares for total sum of 8.4 billion soums. According to prospectus of emission, the bank will place 84 million ordinary shares with par value of 100 soums each.

Currently, charter capital of the Ipak Yoli Bank makes up 33.6 billion soums. Earlier, the bank placed 355.94 million ordinary shares and 60,000 preferential shares with nominal value of 100 soums. After placement of shares, its charter capital will make up 42 billion soums.
