Shares for 3.2 trillion soums issued in Uzbekistan in 2013

In particular, the center registered additional emissions of shares of Asaka Bank for 75 billion soums, O’zqishloqkho’jalikmashlizing for 39.1 billion soums and Asia Alliance Bank for 38 billion soums.

The volume of registered emissions in 2013 exceeded the 2012 figure by 208.8 billion soums, the press service of the Center said.

As of 1 January 2014, securities for 10.25 trillion soums (on par value) were in circulation, corporate bonds – 374.9 billion soums and deposit certificates of the bank – 592 billion soums.

At the same time, the center registered issues of corporate bonds for 43 billion soums (five issues) and deposit certificates of the banks – 427.1 billion soums.

As of 1 January 2014, the single state registrar of emissions of securities markets had 14,800 records of securities’ emission with total volume of 17.34 trillion soums.
