Shares for 1.74 trln soums registered in Uzbekistan in 1H

The Center for coordination and development of securities market and its territories branches registered 59 issues of shares with total volume of the emission for 1.74 trillion soums on par value and one issue of corporate bonds for 10 billion soums in the first half of 2014.
In the second quarter of 2014, the center registered additional emission of shares of Uzavtosanoat for 216.8 billion soums, Savdogar Bank for 8 billion soums and Tashkent Mechanic Plant for 7.9 billion soums.
The volume of emissions in the first half of 2014 exceeds the volume of the issues in the same period of 2013 by 50.5% or 584.7 billion soums.
As of 1 July, the volume of shares, which are in circulation, makes up 11.5 trillion soums and corporate bonds – 382.8 billion soums.
As of 1 July 2014, the single state registrar of emissions of securities markets had 14,942 records of securities’ emission with total volume of 19.08 trillion soums.
