Shares for 11.4 trln. soums registered in Uzbekistan in 2015

The Center for coordination and development of securities market and its territorial bodies registered 450 issues of shares of the companies with total volume of 11.4 trillion soums (on par value) in 2015.
The volume of emission of shares in 2015 exceeded the volume by 5.27 trillion soums compared to 2014. Number of issued shares in 2015 made up 1.3 trillion shares. At the same time, number of shares in circulation reached 2.3 trillion units as of 1 January 2016.
As of 1 January 2016, total volume of issued shares, emitted by 714 companies of Uzbekistan, made up 16.55 trillion soums on nominal value, which rose by 3.8 trillion soums year-on-year.
No emission of corporate bonds were registered in 2015. As of 1 January 2016, 43 emissions of corporate bonds for 301.5 billion soums were registered in Uzbekistan.
