Share of ICT in Uzbekistan’s economy is 1.8%

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-June 2022, the share of information and communication technology (ICT) services in Uzbekistan’s economy amounted to 1.8% (in January-June 2021 - 1.7%, January-June 2020 - 1.5%).

The value added of ICT services consists of communication services - 68.3%, computer programming, consulting and other related services - 18.2%, data hosting and processing services, Web portals - 6.1%, repair of computers and communication equipment - 4.8%, software release - 2.6%.
