Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Sergey Gimadiev has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Apex Bank. The announcement was published on the Unified Corporate Information Portal.

Gimadiev played a key role in the development of the Apelsin payment system’s mobile application. He also led Uzum Bank following its merger with Apelsin.

In July 2023, Gimadiev was appointed Chairman of the Board at Asia Alliance Bank, and since May 2024, he had been serving as Deputy Chairman at Apex Bank.
