Senators approve law “On securities market” in new edition

The law is directed at simplifying and improving efficiency of legal procedures, related to emission of securities, including new financial tools.

The document envisages preferences at recording deals with securities and organizational-legal mechanisms of wide introduction of modern electronic technologies.

The law sets requirements to professional activities at the securities market, rights and liabilities of the participants of the market, as well as conditions and mechanisms for violation of the legislation in this sphere.

Senators noted that the law will help to improve investment climate and business environment in securities market, quality of services in the market, wealth of population, increase inflow of capital, including foreign investments.
