Senate to hold a plenary session on 29 September

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - A meeting of the Kengash of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbaeva.

At the meeting, a resolution was adopted to convene the nineteenth plenary session of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 29 September 2021.

At the plenary session, which will be held in the form of videoconferencing, it is envisaged to discuss the laws "On insolvency", "On amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On the state customs service”, “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with improvement of the anti-corruption system in the Republic of Uzbekistan”, “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the legal framework for the procedure for adoption.”

In addition, it is planned to consider the laws "On amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility", "On amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility", "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic Uzbekistan ".

It is planned to hear the report of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan following the results of the first half of 2021, the report of the khokim of Kashkadarya region on the development of territories, information on the activities of the chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the development of silkworm breeding and wool industry.

It is also planned to consider the results of the parliamentary inquiry sent to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding topical problems in providing work for graduates of educational institutions, the report of the Senate Committee of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on judicial and legal issues and combating corruption on activities in 2020 and the past period of 2021 and others. questions.
