Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Senate approved the Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Bankruptcy”.

The changes introduced are aimed mainly at the widespread use of health-improving procedures in relation to economically insolvent and unprofitable business entities, as well as revising bankruptcy procedures, terms and indicators of the debt repayment rate.

The approved law will enter into force after its signing by the President and publication in the prescribed manner.
