Senate approves law “On exchanges and exchange activities” in new edition
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan approved a law “On introduction of changes and amendments to law “On exchanges and exchange activities”, the press service of the upper house of the Uzbek parliament said.
During the discussion, the Senators said that the law creates conditions for efficient single law enforcement practice in exchange activities and work of the exchanges, as well as mechanisms to integration of local exchange market to global markets.
The law will help to participation of business entities in commodity and financial exchanges, development of financial sector, improve quality of market infrastructure, increase macroeconomic growth of Uzbekistan.
