Selling of unfortified wheat flour to be banned in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The resolution of the President "On additional measures to ensure healthy nutrition of the population" was adopted.
According to the resolution, starting from 1 April 2021, along with the first grade wheat flour, the sale of premium wheat flour on the territory of the republic is allowed only if the product is fortified with micronutrients.
