For this, the following documents are provided:

- a statement addressed to the chairman of the Board of Trustees;

- a matrix bar code (QR code) confirming the registration of a certificate of a business entity or self-employed person;

- the type, quantity of equipment, tools, brand of goods, approximate purchase price are indicated.
