Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Regulation on the procedure for informing about offenses and incidents and the procedure for interaction between departmental security units of state bodies and organizations with internal affairs bodies and units of the National Guard of the Republic Uzbekistan.

Security units in the detection of crimes, offenses, suspected, wanted persons, accidents, fires, destruction and other adverse incidents in state bodies and organizations in accordance with the Regulations:

immediately notify the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

make sure that traces of offenses and incidents are preserved until the arrival of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard;

inform the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard about the incident;

eliminate natural and man-made emergencies, save people.

Security units report the incident to units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard by phone.

When the telephone is out of service or not available, other forms of communication are used, in particular the following whistle signals:

"Catch" - one long signal;

"Help" - two short beeps.

If, upon notification of security units, wanted persons who have committed crimes, offenses, eliminated a threat to public safety, employees of security units can be awarded 1-fold cash reward and valuable gifts.
