Securities for 4.8trln soums issued in Uzbekistan in 1H

The volume of primary emission of securities made up 160.6 billion soums and additional issues – 268.6 billion soums and new emissions – 4.35 trillion soums.

As of 1 July 2015, total volume of issued securities by the Uzbek companies made up 12.9 trillion soums, which grew by 1.4 trillion soums compared to the same period of 2014 and 230 billion soums more compared to the beginning of 2015.

The volume of emission in the first half of 2015 exceeds the volume in the same period of 2014 by 4 trillion soums. At the same time, number of issued shares in the first half of 2015 was 1.05 trillion units against 0.48 billion units in the first half of 2014. Number of shares in circulation as of 1 July 2015 is 2.02 trillion soums.

At the same time, as of 1 July 2015 158 emissions of corporate bonds of 101 issuers for 498.9 billion soums were registered. About 89 issues were repaid and 19 were annulled. Currently, 50 issues of corporate bonds for 327.5 billion soums are in circulation.
