Securities for 4.17 trillion soums registered in Uzbekistan in Jan-Sep

The Center for coordination and development of securities market and its territorial bodies registered 123 issues of shares for 4.17 trillion soums and one issue of corporate bonds for 10 billion soums (on par value).
As of 1 October 2014, total nominal value of existing issues of shares made up 11.76 trillion soums, which rose by 1.86 trillion soums or by 18.7% year-on-year. Currently, there are 55 issues of corporate bonds for 382.8 billion soums in circulation.
In third quarter, issues of shares of Uzpromstroybank for 325.2 billion soums, Uztransgaz – 123.6 billion soums, Uzmahsusmontajqurilish – 13.3 billion soums and Universal sugurta – 3.1 billion soums were registered in the third quarter of 2014.
The volume of emission rose by 62.9% (1.61 trillion soums) grew in nine months of 2014 compared to the same period of 2013.
In nine months of 2014, preliminary issue of shares made up 84.2 billion soums. Issues on increasing par value due to capitalization of income made up 1.786 trillion soums. Additional issues of shares were 1.617 trillion soums, of which 57.3 billion soums were placed on open subscription and 1.56 trillion soums – closed subscription.
