Securities for 3 trln. soums registered in Uzbekistan in 2012

In 2012, some 179 emissions with total volume of 3 trillion soums were included to the state registrar.

In particular, issues of shares of Microcreditbak (40 billion soums), Asia Alliance Bank (14 billion soums), Kapitalbank (10 billion soums) and Beshariq Textile (9.9 billion soums) were recorded in the fourth quarter of 2012.

According Central Depository, it has registered securities for total sum of 9.1 trillion soums.

As of 1 January 2013, the Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered 151 emissions of corporate bonds of 100 issues with total sum of 445.3 billion soums.

In the fourth quarter, in particular, the center registered corporate bonds emissions of National Bank of Uzbekistan (35 billion soums), Ipoteka Bank (5 billion soums), Qishloq Qurilish bank (5 billion soums). About 82 issues from 151 were repaid and 17 issues were abolished. Currently, 52 issues of corporate bonds for 332 billion soums are in circulation.

Total volume of securities registered in 2012 exceeds 2011 figure by 62.4% or 1.18 trillion soums.
