Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Zhang Ming, on the eve of the summit of the heads of SCO member states, which will be held on 15-16 September in Samarkand, recalled that the member states of the Organization must always firmly adhere to the "Shanghai spirit" and the main objectives of the SCO Charter.

It is necessary to firmly maintain the cohesion of the Organization and strive to develop cooperation.
