Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential resolution "On additional measures to further expand the activities of centers for the provision of legal services" was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, from 1 August 2022, the Legal Services Centers (Centers) will gradually provide legal services to the following regional divisions of state bodies:

mahalla and older generation support departments;

departments of agriculture;

departments of tourism and cultural heritage;

sports development departments;

departments of family and women;

state tax inspectorates;

employment promotion centers;

state secondary schools; 

state preschool educational organizations;

state multidisciplinary central and family polyclinics.

Until 1 May 2022, the activities of the Call Center will be established in order to provide technical support for the E-huquqshunos electronic system and provide advice.

Until 1 December 2022, proposals will be developed for the implementation of the provision of legal services by the Centers to state bodies and organizations at the regional level, as well as local government bodies.
