The new center is designed to enhance the level of digitalization in production processes, optimize resource management, and improve coordination between divisions. According to Saneg’s CEO, Tulkin Yusupov, the opening of the UDC marks an important milestone in the company’s strategy to increase efficiency in production and logistics.

"Thanks to the Unified Dispatch Center, we have successfully integrated various technological and information systems, which enables faster decision-making and more effective resource management," Yusupov stated.

The UDC is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including a video wall covering over 20 square meters for real-time data visualization, ten workstations for specialists monitoring and coordinating processes, and a powerful server infrastructure that ensures fast data processing and seamless software integration.

By consolidating disparate technological systems into a single management platform, the UDC helps reduce production and logistics costs, increase productivity, and optimize inventory management. In the long term, the center is expected to become a foundation for implementing cutting-edge technologies, such as digital twins and AI-driven analytics.

Saneg plans to continue modernizing its production assets in the near future. Specifically, the company aims to introduce Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and expand automation capabilities. These initiatives will further enhance the company’s efficiency and competitiveness in the market.
