Samarkand Lift Construction Plant to emit new shares

The company said it will issue 159,825 ordinary shares with nominal value of 4,100 soums each. Total volume of emission is 655,282,500 soums, the company disclosed.

Earlier, the company issued 31,956 shares with par value of 4,100 each. Total volume of issued shares was 131,091,600 soums.

Samarkand Lift Construction Plant is the largest lift construction plant in Central Asia. The company had supplied lifts to Russia, Central Asia and Caucasus since 1969. Currently, over 120,000 lifts of the plant used in ex-Soviet states.
