Today, on 6 November, as part of the international charity run at the International University of Tourism "Silk Road", a conference is being held to discuss the employment of people with disabilities, to attract public attention to the employment of people with various forms of disabilities, as well as to identify problems in the field of employment of people with disabilities. opportunities, and identification of measures to resolve existing issues. Within this session, local and international experiences will be presented and further steps identified.

As part of the panel discussion, representatives of the leading cultural institutions of Russia present the implemented projects and initiatives aimed at creating an inclusive environment.

This discussion presents the existing experience of employment of people with disabilities in local and international private companies, identifies existing opportunities and restrictions in the country’s legislation to attract people with disabilities.
