Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Government resolution "On additional measures to introduce information systems in the procurement process of motor vehicles" was adopted.

According to the Decree, from 1 April 2022, the practice of providing UzAuto Motors JSC to a person who has entered into an agreement for the purchase of motor vehicles with the Traffic Service of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the automatically issued settlement information only in electronic form will be introduced.

When buying a car under this procedure, priority is given to real buyers. That is, the sale by citizens of contracts for the purchase of motor vehicles to other persons is prevented. Motor transport is registered in the name of the citizen for whom the contract is drawn up and entered in the database of the Road Traffic Service.
