Saidov Holds Talks with Counterparts from 10 Countries, Discussing Key Bilateral and Global Issues

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov said that the recent ministerial meeting served as an important platform for exchanging views with counterparts from various countries and for in-depth discussions on pressing bilateral, regional, and global issues.

During the meeting, substantive talks were held with the foreign ministers of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani; India, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar; Israel, Gideon Sa’ar; Italy, Antonio Tajani; Kazakhstan, Yermek Kosherbayev; Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Utama Haji Mohamad bin Haji Hasan; Mongolia, Battsetseg Batmunkh; the Sultanate of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi; and Singapore, Vivian Balakrishnan.

According to Saidov, the meetings reaffirmed the importance of open dialogue and multilateral cooperation in addressing shared challenges and advancing common priorities.

The minister emphasized the constructive nature of the discussions, noting that they contributed to deeper mutual understanding and stronger coordination among partners.

Saidov also expressed his gratitude to U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the U.S. Department of State for organizing the event and for providing an effective platform for dialogue and cooperation.
