Saida Mirziyoyeva Discusses New Projects with ACWA Power Chairman

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Head of the Presidential Administration, Saida Mirziyoyeva, met with Mohammad Abunayyan, Chairman of ACWA Power and Board Member of Vision Invest.

The meeting focused on the progress of joint projects in energy, healthcare, digital technologies, and other sectors. The initiatives aim to modernize the national economy, enhance infrastructure efficiency, and improve quality of life through a comprehensive combination of investment, technological, and managerial solutions.

In the energy sector, attention was given to expanding projects for modern capacities, implementing advanced technologies, and improving the reliability of power supply, including digital management and strengthening system resilience.

The parties also highlighted the importance of projects in healthcare and digital technologies—from upgrading medical facilities and expanding access to quality services to implementing digital solutions and data management systems.

Prospective initiatives in Karakalpakstan were also discussed, where conditions are being created for large-scale investment and infrastructure projects. Opportunities for localizing joint projects in energy, social infrastructure, and digital solutions to meet regional needs were reviewed.
