This Organization is always open for cooperation in different formats, and the Samarkand Summit should also prove that the Organization is a platform for strengthening international understanding, trust and cooperation, he said.

“The SCO summit will be a conference aimed not at intensifying some kind of confrontation or erecting new walls, establishing new borders, but at building new bridges, bringing peoples together,” said the Deputy Chairman of the Senate.
