Rustan Djuraev appointed as Emergency Minister of Uzbekistan

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan, Rustam Djuraev was appointed as the Minister of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.

Prior to appointment, Rustam Djuraev worked as the head of the Department of interior affairs of Khorezm region.

At this post, he replaced Tursinhan Hudaybergenov. Hudaybergenov was appointed to the post of the state advisor of the President of Uzbekistan on control and coordination of work with appeals of individuals and legal entities in December 2016.
