On 13 February, Mikhail Shirvindt, who visited the festival with its crew, briefed the participants about Festival of national cuisine, which was held within the Asrlar Sadosi, and famous Uzbek plov and how it is cooked in various regions of Uzbekistan, as well as about plov competition.
During the programme, Mikhail Shirvindt also talked about legends about plov and why it cooked differently in various regions of Uzbekistan.
The Russian crew shot several videos of Uzbekistan, Asrlar Sadosi, rich cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and its people.
