Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Russia has handed over to Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan test systems for the detection of monkeypox produced by the SSC Vector, the press service of Rospotrebnadzor reported.
Earlier, the department reported that the Vector center promptly produced test systems to detect cases of the disease; today, testing is available throughout Russia.
“Russian test systems were transferred by Rospotrebnadzor to Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. In addition, specialists from Rospotrebnadzor organize special seminars for colleagues from partner countries on methods of laboratory diagnosis of monkeypox,” the report says.
