Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - On 5 January at approximately 21.30, three citizens of R.S., S.S. and I.B., having entered into a criminal conspiracy in advance, being one group, with the aim of appropriating someone else's property by robbery, wearing masks and armed with a knife and tape, illegally entered the house of citizen Kh.M., who lives in the Istiklol makhalla. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Ferghana region.

Attacking with a kitchen knife, and tying the woman and her minor daughter by the arms and legs, they hit different parts of their bodies, using violence dangerous to life and health, after which they took away from Kh.M. a couple of gold jewelry worth 3,000,000 soums, but while trying to escape from the scene, they were detained by officers of the district police department with material evidence.

On this fact, the Investigation Department at the Department of Internal Affairs of Furkat district in relation to R.S., S.S. and B.I. a criminal case was initiated under paragraph “c” of part 3 of article 164 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. They were detained in a procedural order.
