Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The movement of cars was temporarily suspended at the Kamchik pass due to the announcement of avalanche danger. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Uzbekistan.

According to the agency, traffic on the section of the international highway A-373 (“Tashkent-Osh”) has been closed from 00:00 on 4 January.

The ministry said the agency would make a separate statement once the Kamchik pass was opened to traffic.
