Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A special republican commission to combat coronavirus decided to ease restrictions on the operation of catering facilities.

According to the decision of the commission, from 10 August, if there is a certificate of vaccination with two or more doses of the coronavirus vaccine (regardless of the type), employees (with the exception of employees with contraindications for health reasons) of catering, restaurants, cafes and canteens will be able to work after 20:00 and indoors. They will not be subject to temporary restrictions on work from 8:00 to 20:00 and on work only in the open air.

The commission recommends that catering establishments admit visitors who have a QR code or a certificate of vaccination against coronavirus (except for persons with health contraindications).

From 1 October 2021, the work of business and service facilities, as well as individual entrepreneurs, will be temporarily suspended if their employees (except for persons with health contraindications) do not have certificates of vaccination with at least 2 doses of coronavirus vaccine (regardless of the type).
