Conducting a large-scale event is essentially a kind of mechanisms for forming a portfolio of orders, establishing contacts and cooperation, including with foreign companies.

Such an event will serve as a platform for foreign companies implementing projects on the territory of the republic, which will make it possible to familiarize themselves with the import-substituting products of industrial enterprises, their quality and technical characteristics, wholesale and retail prices, production capacity and other information.

Taking advantage of the moment, representatives of Rosatom State Corporation headed by Advisor to the Director General of Rosatom State Corporation Alexander Merten visited the Industrial Fair and got acquainted with the local goods and services offered, the purpose of which is to use local goods and services in the project for the construction of the first nuclear power plant in Uzbekistan.

Russian specialists were mainly interested in manufacturers of building materials, metal products, cables, transformers, other services and products.

The importance of maximizing the involvement of local producers of goods and services during the construction of a nuclear power plant was noted, as well as an agreement was reached to strengthen cooperation with the Cooperation Exchange and local manufacturers and suppliers.
