Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- During a visit to Uzbekistan, leading specialists from a number of companies and enterprises of the Czech Republic producing devices for the energy industry visited Syrdarya TPP JSC, which is the largest power plant in Central Asia. 

At the meeting, a presentation of the modernization and prospective development program of the power plant was organized for foreign partners. Also, the work carried out on the three-stage modernization of the power plant in recent years on the initiatives of the President of our country. The guests got acquainted with the activities of the station, production facilities, working conditions created for workers and employees. 

At the same time, Czech specialists provided information on the work to activate the electric power industry in their country, the introduction of new modern technologies into the industry.

- Such meetings at the international level, one might say, the practice of exchanging qualifications are of great importance for the further development of the activities of our power plant. Because, on this platform, there is an opportunity to study foreign experience, learn and implement what we really need, - said Bahodir Nurdinov, General Director of Syrdarya TPP JSC.

During the conversation, Czech specialists especially noted the reforms carried out under the leadership of the head of our state in the energy sector.
