Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 February 2022, during a visit to Bukhara, a representative of the Japanese company Masui Co Ltd visited the enterprises of Haj Tex Group, Kamalak Shabnam Teks, Al-Hakim Plyus.

During a visit to the Haj Tex Group enterprise, a representative of a Japanese company got acquainted with the production facilities installed with the latest equipment, the process of growing organic cotton on 1000 hectares. Haj Tex Group expressed interest in selling high quality yarn (with high numbers) as well as finished textile products to the Japanese market. Masui Co Ltd announced its intention to import about 1,000 tons of cotton yarn and finished products from Uzbekistan.

Haj Tex will carry out the preparation of cotton yarn of high number (60) for the Japanese market.

In addition, Haj Tex Group is ready to cooperate with Japanese specialists in the production of garments and knitwear under its own brand "Huja".

During a visit to Kamalak Shabnam Teks, organic cotton trial cultivation on 13 hectares was mentioned. in 2020. In connection with the development of demand for organic cotton and products made from it in the world, Kamalak Shabnam Teks plans to expand its cultivation area to 400 hectares this year.

A visit was also made to Al-Hakim Plyus, during which Japan’s plan to import bed linen was discussed.
