Reliable protection of entrepreneurs under constant focus of UzLiDeP deputies

All above-mentioned issues have been comprehensively discussed at the session of UzLiDeP deputy group in Jizzakh city deputies’ council where heads of responsible organizations provided reports on the work done in this direction.

The event noted that Uzbekistan pays great attention to ensure the inviolability of private property, the strengthening of its role in the economy, further improving the business environment. As a result of this process of reforms Uzbekistan is placed fifth among the countries with fastest developing economies, in the last 11 years, GDP growth is not reduced 8 percent.

- Today in our country has created great opportunities for entrepreneurs, - noted in his report, the deputy head of Jizzakh city tax inspection O.Rakhmonov. - An important guide in this direction is the decree of the Head of our State “On measures on ensuring reliable protection of private property, small business and private entrepreneurship, eliminating barriers for their fast development” on 15 May 2015. This document promotes to liquidate barriers on the way of development of small and private businesses and grants more freedom to entrepreneurs.

At the event was extensively discussed issues of further strengthening of the activities of the administrative and supervisory bodies in the protection of private property rights, the legitimate interests of businesses, increasing the role of the judiciary in the application of legislation, simplification of permits and license procedures.

At the end of the meeting, the appropriate decision was taken by deputy group.
