Regulations on educational outreach activities established
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The government has approved regulations governing the implementation of educational outreach activities.
Educational outreach is a distinct type of activity aimed at developing skills and competencies that contribute to personal, intellectual, and spiritual growth. It focuses on enhancing social and economic engagement, unlocking intellectual and creative potential, improving individual capabilities, and fostering communication skills. Notably, such activities do not fall under state educational standards.
The document defines the procedures and formats for conducting educational outreach and outlines key provisions regarding its organization. It specifies requirements for individuals engaged in such activities, as well as the permissible legal and organizational structures.
Acceptable formats include lectures, presentations, seminars, workshops, courses, masterclasses, marathons, roundtable discussions, and other events held either in person or online, on a paid or free basis, and in individual or group settings.
Additionally, special requirements apply when working with minors, including the development of structured educational programs. The regulations also establish the rights and responsibilities of all involved parties and outline prohibited activities within the scope of educational outreach.
