Regulations for Providing Commercial Electronic Services to Employers Approved
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has approved, by Resolution No. 763 dated 3 December 2025, the Administrative Regulation for providing commercial electronic services to employers through the interagency software and hardware complex “Unified National Labor System” (SHHC “UNLS”).
The document stipulates that employers can voluntarily use commercial services, including submitting information on the conclusion and termination of employment contracts, their amendments and additions, creating an electronic employment record with previous job history, and building the organizational structure within the system.
At the same time, employers retain the right to independently create records in the SHHC “UNLS” free of charge.
To access commercial services, applicants register on the EPIGU portal and complete an application form, which is reviewed by the authorized body within three working days. After verification of documents, electronic records of employment activities are generated, and the applicant receives a certificate with a QR code.
