Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Regulation on the Development Fund of the Center for Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers was approved by the Government resolution.

In accordance with the Regulations, the main sources of formation of the Fund’s resources are:

- technical support funds and grants from foreign (international) financial institutions and other foreign donors;

- sponsorship donations;

- state budget funds allocated in accordance with the Decree of the President or the Government;

- other not prohibited resources.

Funds are spent on:

- expansion of the book fund of the Center through the creation and publication of scientific literature, the acquisition of unique works;

- promoting research, providing research grants;

- organization of social, scientific, spiritual and educational events;

- purchase of multimedia and network devices and software.
