Registration of business can be registered via Internet
The document said that the registration of the business entities can be carried out personally or via Internet.
The applications, submitted via Internet, should be signed with electronic signature of the applicant, the resolution said.
The document noted that the businesses cannot submit documents via Internet if there is need to submit papers, which cannot be sent in electronic forms. In particular, the business cannot submit documents at reorganization as they should submit original certificate on registrations, stamps of re-organized legal entities.
In case of renaming of the firm, the documents such as original certificate of the state registration and confirmation of reserving new firm name, design of new stamps and others should be submitted personally.
The resolution said that it is possible to submit scanned documents, issued in paper form.
It underlined that codes such as tax payers and others will be issued via websites of the State Tax Committee and the State Committee on Statistics in real time mode.
The registration of the business entities in electronic form will be conducted via personal cabinet of the users at the single portal of interactive state services.
The notification on registration will be sent to personal cabinet of the users at the portal. The resolution said that the e-signature should be included to issued documents on the registration of the enterprises
The businesses can request original documents in paper form, the resolution underlined.
The copy of earlier issued certificates can be also issued in electronic form on request of the businesses.
