Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has appointed a Deputy Advisor to the President of Uzbekistan on socio-political development.

Rakhim Khakimov has been appointed deputy adviser to the President of Uzbekistan on issues of social and political development.

Prior to this appointment, Rakhim Khakimov served as Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education for Science and Innovation.
